FAQ
Where do you search?
AliExpress, Shein, Amazon and Etsy. We combine Google's image index with marketplace image search, and a person checks every match before it goes in your report. We don't search Temu yet, so we don't promise Temu results.
Does a match mean someone broke the law?
No. A match means a listing uses an image that looks like yours. Whether it infringes your rights is a call for you, the marketplace, or a lawyer. We give you dated evidence and organize it. We are not a law firm and we don't file reports for you.
Does the report settle who made it first?
No. It lays out dated evidence: when we captured each copy, and the listing dates and files you give us. Marketplaces weigh that evidence themselves.
What happens to my photos?
We store them only to run your search and build your report. We delete them 90 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask. We never sell or reuse them.
Why would the free preview show nothing?
Either nobody has copied those photos, or the copies haven't been indexed yet. The paid report searches all 20 photos and a person reviews every result.
How long does the report take?
Within 3 business days of receiving your photos. If we miss that, you get a full refund.
